This is the rule of life, there are the good people and there are the bad ones! I believe that we should never judge by age, and I stress on judging young people when they are knowledgeable and given an advanced role in work or any professional activity, ALL elder employees or colleagues start getting pissed off because this person is younger!! WTH?!?! what if he's younger?!? He is hell better than the rest and better asset for the organization he/she belongs to!! People can't just keep their opinions to their selves and work on improving their skills and personalities, instead they just keep criticizing everyone, without even knowing what they are saying!!
